Product Claim Policy

At Ahsan ul Kalam, we ensure that every product is carefully checked and packed before it reaches you. However, in the rare case you receive a damaged item, wrong product, missing item, incorrect color, or an empty package, the following policy applies:

A package opening video is mandatory for all product-related claims.


Important Guidelines:

  • The video must clearly show the unopened parcel being opened for the first time.
  • The video should be continuous, with no cuts or pauses.
  • The issue must be clearly visible in the video (e.g., damage, wrong or missing product).
  • The claim must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • Claims without a valid package opening video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
