A valid warranty card must accompany the product for any claim.

2. Warranty Exclusions: The following are not covered under the warranty:
Damage caused by water or moisture.
Physical damage resulting from misuse or accidents.
Damage caused by overcharging or improper use of the device.
Tampering with or removal of the warranty seal.

3. Accessories:
Accessories like handsfree, cables, and adapters are not included in the warranty coverage.

4. Claim Process:
Warranty claims must be made at authorized DANY Customer Care Centers.
Repairs performed by any third-party void the warranty.

5. Support & Service:
1-Year Free Repairing: Covers technical issues within the first year.
4-Years Support Warranty: Offers extended technical guidance and assistance.

6. Customer Care Centers:
Ahsan ul Kalam products are supported by 10 Customer Care Centers across Pakistan for convenient service access.
