Shipping Hub

All orders are packed and shipped from our facility located in Karachi.

Orders usually remain in our facility for up to 2 days for processing. After processing, they are handed over to our logistics partners where packages are sorted and dispatched to their respective delivery stations across Pakistan.

We are committed to providing the best value to our customers. Therefore, Ahsan-Ul-Kalam offers:

Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 1,000 anywhere in Pakistan.

Orders below Rs. 1,000 will be charged a delivery fee of Rs. 200.

This service is used for orders weighing under 2.0 KG. Packages are usually delivered within 24–48 working hours.

This estimate does not include holidays, weekends, or the 2-day processing time.

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, political situations, or deliveries to remote/out-of-service areas.

Shipment Tracking

Customers can easily track their order status by entering the tracking number in the "Track Your Order" section on our website.

The tracking number will be sent to the customer via SMS once the order has been prepared and dispatched.

Shipment Checking

We do not recommend checking the shipment at the time of delivery because most of our products are electronic gadgets. Some devices may require reading the manual to operate correctly, which can take time and may delay delivery personnel.

All delivered items remain covered under our Return Policy.

Ahsan ul Kalam – PEN QURAN (AK-786 Advance Pro)

Ahsan ul Kalam’s PEN QURAN (AK-786 Advance Pro) is a very good initiative and a helpful product for people who want an easier way to listen to and learn the Quran. The concept of a digital pen that allows users to touch the Quran and listen to recitation is excellent and beneficial for students, children, and learners.

The overall finishing of the product looks neat, and the presentation is good. However, there are several areas that need improvement.

First, the delivery took almost two weeks, and that too after repeated follow-ups. For online orders, customers expect quicker delivery or at least proper communication about the order status.

Another issue was the missing accessories. Based on product reviews and unboxing videos, the package was expected to include a charger, charging cable, and hands-free headset, but none of these items were included in the box I received. If these accessories are no longer included in the newer version, it should be clearly mentioned before purchase.

Honestly, it also raises the question: how much cost is really being saved by removing these basic accessories? If including them is difficult, they could at least be offered as optional add-ons during checkout, or the package contents should be clearly listed so customers know exactly what they will receive.

Regarding the Quran book, the page cutting was not properly aligned, which affects the reading experience. Although the finishing looks good, the material of the pen and holder feels fragile and may break easily, especially if used by children.

I also noticed an issue with the Tasbeeh feature. The Tasbeeh quality is not good, it is not working properly for me, and the Tasbeeh button appears to be missing, making the feature unusable.

Customer support and product information also need improvement. It is difficult to get clear explanations about the differences between models.

Overall, the idea behind this product is excellent, but improvements in delivery, packaging transparency, durability, and support would make the product much better and more trustworthy for customers.
