Return Policy

If you have any issues with your product or want to know the return process, please read the information below.

Report an Issue (Within 3 Days)

If you received a faulty product or your shipment was incomplete or damaged in transit, please report the issue via our complaint form within 3 days of receiving the product so our support team can guide you.

Note: Change of mind complaints will not be entertained.

Return Process

  1. Fill the complaint/contact form to register your complaint.
  2. Pack your parcel securely in the original (undamaged) packaging as delivered.
  3. Our representative will contact you for more information regarding the issue.

Conditions for Return

  1. If you are asked to submit the product at a Dany/Audionic Care Center, please ensure the following are included: original tag, user manual, warranty card, invoice, and shipping label.
  2. If a product is returned in poor condition, Dany Technologies reserves the right to reject the return.
Note: If your product is not eligible for return, we recommend claiming warranty (if applicable).
Note: If the same item is unavailable/out of stock, you may choose another product of the same value. If the new product is higher in price, the difference amount will be payable.

Procedure for Complaints (If No Care Center in Your City)

Damaged Products 8 – 10 working days
  1. Register complaint via complaint form and wait for customer support assistance.
  2. A ticket number will be shared with you via email.
Incorrect Product 10 – 12 working days
  1. Register complaint via complaint form and wait for customer support assistance.
  2. If the product isn’t covered by warranty and the return window has expired, follow the instructions provided by our complaint support representative.
Faulty Products 4 – 5 working days
  1. Register complaint via complaint form and wait for customer support assistance.
Missing Products 4 – 5 working days
  1. Report an incomplete shipment via complaint form within 3 working days of delivery.
  2. A ticket number will be shared with you.
  3. Await customer support assistance.
