Report an Issue (Within 3 Days)
If you received a faulty product or your shipment was incomplete or damaged in transit, please report the issue via our complaint form within 3 days of receiving the product so our support team can guide you.
Return Process
- Fill the complaint/contact form to register your complaint.
- Pack your parcel securely in the original (undamaged) packaging as delivered.
- Our representative will contact you for more information regarding the issue.

Conditions for Return
- If you are asked to submit the product at a Dany/Audionic Care Center, please ensure the following are included: original tag, user manual, warranty card, invoice, and shipping label.
- If a product is returned in poor condition, Dany Technologies reserves the right to reject the return.
